What you'll do
- Generate new business leads for outbound MICE travel (conferences, incentive trips, corporate events, exhibitions) across assigned territory/verticals.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, HR/admin heads, and event decision-makers.
- Design customised MICE proposals and itineraries in coordination with the operations team.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with overseas DMCs, hotels, airlines, and venues.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present cost sheets, proposals, and pitch decks to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth handover and execution of confirmed groups.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging outbound destinations.
What you'll do
- Lead the 2D design team and own the creative output for pitches, events, and marketing collateral.
- Translate client briefs and event themes into compelling visual concepts, mood boards, and mock-ups.
- Design proposal decks, brochures, invitations, signage, backdrops, stage layouts, and digital assets.
- Review and approve designs produced by junior/executive designers before client delivery.
- Collaborate with the Event Strategy & Concept and Sales teams to align design with event objectives.
- Manage design timelines across multiple concurrent projects and pitches.
- Coordinate with external vendors/printers for production-quality output.
- Stay current with design trends, event production styles, and branding best practices.
What you'll do
- Design visual assets including proposal decks, brochures, invitations, and social media creatives.
- Support the design of event collateral such as signage, backdrops, and stage layout visuals.
- Work from creative briefs and mood boards to produce design drafts for review.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the Senior Manager and client requirements.
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as per production requirements.
- Maintain organised design files and version control for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with the teams to meet project deadlines.
What you'll do
- Support pre-departure arrangements for assigned groups, including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas.
- Prepare and share itineraries, tour vouchers, and travel documentation with the group and internal team.
- Liaise with overseas DMCs, hotels, and transport vendors to confirm bookings for the assigned group.
- Accompany group movements and provide on-ground assistance where required.
- Handle group traveller queries and escalate issues promptly to the operations team.
- Share timely updates and handover reports with the internal operations team during and after the assignment.
- Assist with vendor payment follow-ups and documentation specific to the assigned group.
What you'll do
- Design 3D static structures — stages, sets, entrance/exit gates, branding walls, and installations — for events.
- Create detailed 3D renders and walkthroughs to present concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure designs are structurally feasible and align with venue and production constraints.
- Coordinate with fabrication vendors and production teams to execute approved designs on-ground.
- Prepare technical drawings/specifications for fabricators alongside creative renders.
- Manage timelines and quality across multiple concurrent static design projects.
- Collaborate with the Event Strategy & Concept and 2D Design teams for cohesive event visuals.
